Our Ventures

Our incubation projects are born from deep research and proprietary IP. We focus on developing the core, low-level technology in-house, shouldering the riskiest phase of R&D until the technology is built, tested, and benchmarked. This de-risks the venture for our future partners and lays a robust foundation for success.

We primarily seek to partner with investors and industry experts who bring more than just capital to the table. We are looking for value-add partners who can supplement our technical expertise with their market knowledge, network, and active engagement. Our goal is to build powerful synergies that accelerate growth and create market-leading companies.

To align with this philosophy, our investment plans are tailored for such value-add partners and are structured to be extremely favorable, often including tranched payments, accelerated ROI plans, and generous equity participation.

Our ventures, despite being complex and far-reaching, do not require the extensive financial participation typical of other software startups. This capital efficiency stems from our core principles: we build upon our existing low-level technology, not from scratch; we adhere to a "lean and mean" methodology for runway, MVP, and economics; we are equally business- and GTM-focused as we are technology-oriented, always targeting successful exits; and all projects are grounded in extensive market research and competitive analysis. In that sense, participation in our startups is surprisingly accessible, with investment opportunities ranging from €250,000 to €2M for a generous equity compensation of between 25% and 40%, depending on the project and partner's level of contribution.
